You Call My Office, You Get Me!

Building a website for self-promotion is NOT my favorite part of running a law firm. But here we are, because it helps me do what I love: practicing law & helping people. When someone calls for help in a jurisdiction or practice area that this firm doesn't handle, my general advice is to: google the type of attorney needed, read a few reviews, & contact a few attorneys to find the right fit.  At the end of the day, you will form what’s known as an Attorney-Client Relationship. ​A client hires an attorney with goals in mind and it is the attorney’s job to attain–through advice, strategy, & legal action–those goals as best they can within the law and reason. Court can drag on for a while & client goals change overtime, as does the law itself. It’s very important for you to be open and honest with your attorney is key to strong representation.

Who Is Attorney Austin Lucas?

At least five generations of my family were born and raised in Arkansas, and three of those generations are attorneys and lawyers. I was born in Fayetteville and grew up between Rogers and Bentonville; graduated from Rogers High School. I then moved back to Fayetteville addending the University of Arkansas for undergrad and law school. I have always loved this area: the Ozarks, the rivers, the lakes, the community. Washington Count and Benton County will always be home.
